Habits.
Are incredibly hard :).
Today I hit 252 days of consecutive meditation, and 322 of consecutive morning rehab workouts. Getting to that point was HARD, but it has gotten easier. I recently added 4 new ones, one around a certain number of big workouts weekly, one around a certain amount of back strength training weekly, and two around specific hourly goals for the type of work I love. I use the Streaks app to track it.
