30 Day Challenge: Sugar/Vegetarian
I’m going to do two 30 day challenges this month! Nick did this cool project for his class where he challenged them all to a 30 day challenge of their choice. And he did vegetarian so decided to try it too.
1. Go vegetarian for 30 days.
Should be a challenge, I’m really curious what my energy levels are like a few weeks in. Especially with the increase in running now that spring is finally here.
2. No sweets for 30 days.
I don’t eat a ton of sweets but I’m not sure I’ve ever made it 30 days without an M&M or piece of cake. Curious if I notice this one much.
